Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and 66zza ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the 66zza website at https://66zza.app and all associated services, games, promotions and features offered therein.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or simply browsing the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use 66zza.

Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an account on 66zza, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. We strictly prohibit gambling by anyone under this age.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You are not accessing the Platform from any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You do not hold an existing account on 66zza. Multiple accounts per individual are strictly prohibited.

66zza reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period will result in account suspension pending review. Winnings generated while eligibility is in question may be withheld pending verification.

Account Registration & Responsibilities

When registering on 66zza, you must provide accurate, current and complete information. You agree to update your details promptly if anything changes. 66zza is not responsible for loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to keep account information current.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. Notify 66zza support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

• Only one account is permitted per person, household, device or shared IP address. Where multiple accounts are detected, 66zza reserves the right to close all accounts and void any related winnings.
• You must complete any KYC (Know Your Customer) verification requested by 66zza before withdrawals can be processed. This may include a government-issued ID, proof of address or proof of payment method ownership.
• 66zza reserves the right to close or suspend any account where the Platform reasonably suspects fraud, misrepresentation, abuse of promotions or any other breach of these Terms.
• Players are responsible for ensuring their use of the Platform complies with all local laws applicable to them. 66zza does not provide legal advice and makes no warranties regarding the legality of online gaming in any specific jurisdiction.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Terms

66zza accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. No other payment channels are supported. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT).

Deposits are processed in real time in most cases. Withdrawal requests are reviewed within 24 hours of submission. 66zza targets same-day processing for withdrawals submitted before 18:00 Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). Actual transfer time to your payment method may vary depending on your provider.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum limits may apply and are communicated within the Platform.
• All deposits and withdrawals must use a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will result in the return of funds and possible account suspension.
• 66zza does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals on its side. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside our control.
• 66zza reserves the right to request verification of any payment method before approving a withdrawal. This is a standard fraud-prevention measure and does not imply any wrongdoing by the player.

Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

66zza offers bonuses and promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, Eid and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions:

• Bonuses are only available to players who have fully completed account verification and are in good standing.
• Every bonus is subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) which must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier for each bonus is stated on the relevant promotion page.
• Bonuses expire if not used within the period specified on the promotion. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be removed from your account automatically.
• 66zza reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice where reasonably necessary to prevent abuse or technical error.
• Attempting to exploit bonus systems through collusion, arbitrage, automated tools or any other method constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in account termination.

Players may only claim a welcome bonus once, on their first deposit following initial registration. Bonuses are personal and non-transferable.

Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

66zza is committed to providing a fair and secure gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform:

• Engaging in any form of fraudulent activity including using stolen or unauthorized payment methods, providing false identity documents or misrepresenting your eligibility.
• Using automated bots, scripts, software exploits or any other unauthorized technical means to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform itself.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share information in live dealer games or coordinate betting patterns designed to defraud the Platform.
• Attempting to launder money or using the Platform for any illegal financial transaction, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory or harassing behavior toward 66zza staff or other players through any communication channel.

Any breach of this section will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and may be reported to relevant authorities where criminal conduct is suspected. 66zza cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies where legally required to do so.

Account Suspension & Termination

66zza reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that: (a) the player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b ) the player has provided false or misleading information; (c) the account has been used for fraudulent or criminal purposes; or (d) continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other users.

Upon account closure for a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where no breach is found, remaining balances will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the 66zza Platform — including but not limited to the 66zza brand name and logo, website design, layout, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, code, databases and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 66zza or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from or in any way exploit any part of the Platform's content without the express prior written consent of 66zza. Unauthorized use of Platform content may give rise to a claim for damages and may constitute a criminal offence.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 66zza, its directors, officers, employees, agents and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill or interruption of service — regardless of whether such loss was foreseeable or 66zza had been advised of the possibility of such loss.

66zza makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain service availability, we cannot guarantee continuous access and shall not be liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions, technical failures or scheduled maintenance.

Privacy & Data Protection

66zza collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By accepting these Terms you also consent to the collection, processing and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Amendments to These Terms

66zza reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time.
